Musical Arranger’s Note:

“A wind quintet and piano arrangement of Sullivan’s wonderfully colourful score seems appropriate for our production, rather than using piano only.  The work has been re-arranged using the vocal score as the basis; I have resisted the temptation to listen to the CD and steal any of Sullivan’s original orchestration!
